Shoot First

What a fine day in Florida, where a "shoot first" law takes effect today. Now residents have a legal shield to "shoot first, ask questions never" if they feel threatened in public places. Still thinking of Christmas or spring break in Miami? The Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence is launching a campaign to educate tourists about ways to avoid appearing, you know, threatening.
