I just happened to check in on TPM and see that Tom Delay has received a second indictment, for money laundering!

You almost have to feel sorry for George W. Bush, he can't even bask in a full day of media attention by naming Supreme Court nominee without his compatriot Tom DeLay stealing the day’s headlines with another indictment.
